Positive: The location was perfect! Easy to access and close to anything and everything. Walking to the beach is about 3 minutes but at the time we stayed access was closed due to beach replenishment. We only had to walk a bit further. Very easy access to the pier and restaurants. The house itself was very clean and spacious for a group of 6. Bathrooms are small but they were perfect for us. Outside area was nice and if it hadn't been in the mid 90's we would have spent more time there. TV was kinda hard to figure out. Gaming system was a plus.
Negative: Having other guests attached to the same property. I would rather have the whole property to ourselves.
Summary: Loved the house and location!
