Our home in Avon by the sea, is located on the shark river inlet, with 100 feet of bulkhead and boardwalk. Bring your boat or jet ski and tie up on the 45 ft floating dock, right in the front yard! Watch the fishing boats go by while having a cocktail on the huge, covered waterfront porch with outdoor bar. Located just a quick 4 blocks away, is the beautiful white sandy beach of Avon-by- the sea. With four floors of finished living space, your family will be able to spread out and relax in this spacious, newly constructed, well-appointed 9000 sq ft home.
Outdoor space: our lovely new England, cedar shake home is the ideal home to rent for summer vacation! While its unique, spacious interior can comfortably sleep 20-25 people, the outdoor spaces are what make this spectacular property come alive! Bring along your fishing poles, wind surfers, kayaks, stand-up paddle boards and enjoy them right in your front yard! After along day at the beach, your kids will love to jump, from the floating dock, into crystal clear ocean water, while the parents enjoy preparing dinner on the spacious outdoor, bluestone patio with two gas grills. The house features a huge covered front porch with large capacity seating area, outdoor bar and refrigerator. After dinner, kids will enjoy making s'mores in the out door gas fire pit with surrounding wooden benches. Outdoor shower is ideal for post-s'more clean up:)
Basement: Awesome theatre with huge front-projection screen in a pub-like setting, featuring a large bar with professional fridge which holds up to 30 cases beer and 300 lb ice maker. The stone fireplace with gas stove adds warmth and ambiance to this unique space. Basement also has a workshop and a gym with universal, stationary recumbent bike, and elliptical machine. Shower up after your work out in the full bath with large shower, also in basement.
First floor: gorgeous high-end kitchen with 12 foot beamed ceiling, 9 foot marble island and eat in banquette with fireplace. Cook on the 48 inch wolf stove, and enjoy 2 full and one half ovens, as well as a microwave and warming drawer. Large, walk-in butler pantry makes entertaining easy. Large dining room, right off kitchen, has water views from its grand table that seats 12. Huge waterfront living room with fireplace is adjacent to cozy family room with large wet bar, ice maker and wine refrigerator and large flat screen TV. First floor also features elegant half bath and large mud room with lockers.
Second floor: boasts a large waterfront master bedrooms with king bed, ensuite bathroom with separate shower/tub. MBR features fireplace sitting area, outdoor porch overlooking the water. There are 4 additional, elegant bedrooms; 3 with cozy queen beds, 1 with quaint twin beds. There are 2 additional, large bathrooms in the 2nd floor, (one with shower/ tub, the other with large ADA shower access). Second floor also offers an office with waterfront porch, wireless internet access, wireless printer, and sleeping couch.
Third floor: kids just L.O.V.E. The third floor, which can comfortably sleep 13-14 people, and is made for friends and/or cousins to have the sleepover of a lifetime! Our 3rd floor has a large L- shaped sectional with a large flat screen TV, next to the TV is the 'red bed'- a huge space for lounging, TV watching, or sleeping. Our 3rd floor 'bunk room' has the capacity to sleep 7 and is adjacent to the TV and red bed. The 3rd floor has spectacular views of both the ocean and Shark river, as well as a poker table and a full bath with shower.
