This spacious designer home, jewel of one of Central America's most famous architect, Rodolfo Solares boasts light filled open spaces, awesome floor to ceiling windows, tropical gardens, original stone hot tub, all with spectacular volcano views!
The villa has a modern contemporary feel and includes all comforts ... HDMI tv, cable service, wifi connection and Bose Surround sound system. It has 4 bedrooms, one upstairs master bedroom with queen size bed, chimney, private balcony and large, spacious en-suite bathroom with his and hers wash basin, unique bathtub and large shower, downstairs there are two bedrooms, leading off a small lounge area - bedroom 2 with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom and floor to ceiling doors leading to the lush tropical garden. Bedroom 3 also leading off the private lounge area has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. There is a guest bathroom on the landing leading to to the main open plan area. Bedroom 4 is upstairs from the hallway and has 2 bunk beds, space for 4 with bathroom to share (bedroom 2 and 3 bathroom) and guest bathroom as restroom. Housekeeping service is included - cleaning and laundry. There is a gardener on site to help with moving the barbecue, or garden furniture, making fires in the fireplaces or taking care of whatever little chores you need done. This is a wonderful place with all services included....AND....the rental includes a 24 hour driver and car for the Antigua Valley area - you just pay for the gas!
The main villa, the tropical gardens, housekeeping and chauffeuring service, the numerous hummingbird feeders around the property with over 13 species recorded to visit them! ...and all amenities i.e. solar heated jet pool, wifi, Bose sound system, Argentinian Style Barbecue, cable TV.
There is full time staff of 3 people (house keeper, gardner and chauffeur) at the property and we provide a "meet and greet" welcome service (English or Spanish spoken) and onsite assistance during your stay!
24/7 driving service included in the rental to chauffeur you around Antigua and the rest of the valley in our own cool vehicles (Toyota Land Cruiser). You just pay a flat fee for fueling the car (Q.5/km)!
