Located in the vibrant heart of the Centro Historico, at only 3 blocks from the famous Calle 47 aka Mile Long Restaurant Street - the Corredor Gastronomico y Turistico de Merida and 2 blocks from the other famous must visit Calle 60, this property offers everything at hand.
By the East end of Calle 47, you will discover Merida's green lungs, Parque La Plancha, which harbors also the stop of IE TRAM, that takes you to Maya Train and back, among other destinations.
At the other end of Calle 47, the closest to this property, there is another landmark of Merida: this is where the Paseo de Montejo starts (Remate de Paseo de Montejo), the place for many cultural and artistic events such as: Noche Mexicana (every Saturday), the Official lighting of the Christmas Lights or the Parade for the Dia de los Muertos (end of October - beginning of November).
Also, this property is close to all forms of public transportation, which is so modern and advanced, that it placed Merida in Top 3 allover Mexico.The exquisite Casa del Sastre's refurbishment and redesign were completed in August 2024. It now offers the highest quality furniture, furnishings and decorations available on the local market. You shall enjoy all the luxury comfort you could wish for, combined with colohas two floors, a patio with plunge pool and wooden grill for pizzas and barbeque, and consists of: 3 bedrooms, each one with en-suite bathroom, the vestibule or antechamber, living room, a large kitchen with dinning room, another seating area and an outdoor terrace on the 2nd floor. You can feel the love and passion invested in furnishing and decorating each and every corner, with special attention to all details.
All the spaces are large, the ground floor has very high ceilings and large floor to ceiling windows, air conditioning and ceiling fans.
All the bedrooms have a King Size bed, en-suite bathrooms with luxury amenities, a safe box, large floor to ceiling wooden closets, and there's a 2nd TV Set in the master bedroom.
The kitchen has everything you could think of, including, but not limited to: water purifier System, a gas stove with oven, a very large fridge. Not to mention the cherry on the cake: the outdoor wood fired pizza oven which can also be used as a grill to prepare a delicious barbeque, including all the needed accessories.
The plunge pool is small but deep so you may refresh there while having a cold beverage.
There is fiber optic internet with high velocity, as well as a washer and a dryer units.
For one week stays, we offer a mid-stay general cleaning.
