This spectacular and beautiful property is located in the center of the village of Casares, a town of Arab origin but built by the Romans. Located in the province of Malaga between Marbella and Gibraltar and 15 km from the sea. It is a town that has managed to resist the onslaught of progress while maintaining unchanged its charm Andalusian flavor.
The house has been renovated in full during the year 2017. It is located in the upper part of town, near the Castle. Its privileged situation, very close to a parking area next to different bars and restaurants make it a very pleasant place to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
Accessing the housing through the front door found in a single room, kitchen, dining room, with a table for 8 people and comfortable lounge which has 2 single sofa beds and TV. In this space there are 2 fireplaces that will be very useful for home heating during the winter. In front of the staircase which leads to the first floor is a small toilet.
From the dining room leads to the private garden of the house from which you can enjoy spectacular views of the village of Casares and the sea. In the garden there is a barbecue and a space to enjoy fabulous dining outside days.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Down the hall is the master bedroom with two single beds, from which the traveler will enjoy a spectacular view from the balcony. The other two bedrooms also has two single beds each, and the smallest are arranged in a bunk bed.
The master bathroom, which is the first thing that is rising from the ground floor, is fully equipped with sink, toilet and shower. This is where the washing machine and hot water tank is.
