Our tropical paradise has a charismatic feeling of an old town fishing village with many of its homes on waterfront property. It is located minutes away from Boca Grande and the Gulf of Mexico. The Landings sits on forty acres with 27 buildings and 132 townhomes. Our gated entrance with an electronic entry system adds security to our prestigious community.
