Located in Mont Vernon, in the Antigua building, on the top floor, opposite the magnificent Orient Bay beach and close to all shops, this spacious studio offers an incredible view of the sea!
As soon as you enter, you will find a fully equipped and furnished kitchen. The sleeping area is equipped with a king size bed (200x200) and a dressing room for your comfort. The living room has an additional sofa bed and opens onto a covered terrace with stunning ocean views.
The apartment is equipped with all the amenities needed to make your stay enjoyable, including a washing machine, air conditioning, high-speed fiber optic internet connection and roller shutters.
You can also enjoy the residence's shared swimming pool with 3 pools, ideal for cooling off and relaxing (open all year round from 8 [hidden] to 6 [hidden]
Also enjoy the non-nominative parking lot at the residence to park your rental car in complete safety.
All the conditions are there for a dream vacation in the Caribbean!
Cleaning and linen are included in the stay.

Summary: The reason for some of our 5-star rating: we were given the wrong code number to get into the unit. I had to call to get the correct number; 20%of floor tiles were missing with a rug over it. That’s fine but we kept stubbing our toes because of the floor was noticeably lower where the tiles were missing and the rug felt a bit grungy. The bathroom door is very hard to close, the shower curtain is moldy/slimy on the bottom The host was very helpful and quickly helped us with the inaccurate door code that was provided us. I really appreciate that. Otherwise it was a perfect place for the location and what we were looking for, for our quiet visit by the sea! Thank you!
