Large Two Story Home in Seaside, great views, close to downtown, shopping, restaurants! 25 minute walk and 5 min drive to the beach. Proximity to everything makes it extra special.
Views of the bay from two upstairs bedrooms. Views of Santa Cruz mountains in the 3rd upstairs bedroom. Views of the sand dunes and highway 1 from first floor.
The house is fully furnished and SPACIOUS. Everything is wipeable or washable helping create a clean space. Blackout curtains in every room. There are lots of places to lounge and socialize together. While this house is for gathering it is not for events or parties.
Echo dots in several rooms set to surround sound to play music together, also can be used for white noise machine or to communicate between rooms. Very large TV in living room and medium size in master bedroom. Both Smart TVs have Netflix, Amazon prime, Apple TV, peacock and lots more! House protected with security system that can be set to guests preferences.
There are lots of different sleeping arrangements options: several beds, futons, air mattress, extra foam mattresses.
Yards have new artificial turf. BBQ, hammock, fire pit, picnic table, umbrellas, solar lights are available to use anytime.
House and yards are kid friendly, with toys and safety equipment. Fenced in backyard.

One way street can make it tricky at first but GPS helps. Location is not considered 'fancy' but I love my neighbors and Seaside.
