Summary: Bedroom, kitchen and dinning are in good size. Bedroom is clean. However, the bedroom sofa provides little support. The two pillows are old, thin, lumpy and uncomfortable. The foam mattress sinks in so feel bad when waking up in the morning. The metal bed frame makes a squeaky noise when touching. The movable heater in the bedroom produces no heat. Common areas such as bathroom and kitchen need good scrub. Two of the 4-burners gas cooktop fails and those work, are terribly slow. The bathroom fan and the laundry fan are not working. The chairs for the dinning table are old and one of them has broken back. The MDF kitchen window has large water damage near the kitchen sink and MDF exposed. The online listing is not accurate. It has a kitchen photo with "Private Kitchen" in a sized font text but all facilities are in fact shared amongst residents. Front door found unlocked in several occasions in early morning and later afternoon making residents feel unsafe. Lock system which automatically lock the door when closed could improve safety.
