Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for just over a week. Our group was diminished due to flu and cold so the house ended up being a bit larger than we needed. This is a great location for any Santa Cruz stay. Walking distance to W. Cliff drive and any number of first rate coffee houses/bakeries. We did an Elkhorn Slough Safari which was under a 40 minutes drive.The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils - best we've ever experienced.The rental agency was prompt in replying to our queries. I think we would be happy to stay again should the occasion arise.
