- Gas Tanks: We provide spare gas tanks for the stove, dryer, and BBQ. To switch tanks for the stove or dryer, simply close the current tank and open the new one; they are connected to the same line. The spare tank for the BBQ is located in the pool equipment room.
- Pool: The pool pump turns off at 10 a.m. After this time, please keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
- Washer and Dryer: A washer and dryer are available for your use. Detergent will be provided for your convenience.

1. Parties and events are not allowed.
2. Cleanliness: If the property is left in a very poor state of cleanliness beyond what a courteous guest would leave, such as leaving pots and pans in the kitchen, excess garbage in the cans, stains on the floor, or dirty walls, a $100 USD additional charge will be applied.
3. Overnight Visitors: No overnight visitors not listed on your reservation are allowed. If someone is not mentioned in the reservation, a fee will be charged for each additional guest as marked in the application at that time.
4. Children and Infants: Infants, babies, toddlers, and children are more than welcome, but each one must be specified in your reservation.
5. Maximum Occupancy: No more than 10 people are allowed in or on the property at any one time.

a) Smoking: $100 for each day you smoke in the apartment.
