Whether you are away from home visiting family or for work your needs will be accommodated in this newly renovated house within 15 minutes of most places in Lafayette/West Lafayette on a main road in a well established neighborhood on the south side of Lafayette.
This recently updated 1960's single family one level ranch style house has an L-shape design allowing for multiple areas of enjoyment. With fast WIFI you can work in the office area while others nap or watch their favorite shows/movies on the 65" LG Smart TV while relaxing in the reclining sofas and come together for a full course meal in the full eat-in kitchen. After a long day, gather on the back patio for a barbecue, enjoy a relaxing bath in the soaking tub and cuddle up next to the wood pellet stove or hang out around the fire pit.

Well established, single family homes, residential area with convenience stores within walking distance. The speed limit is 30mph on a main road through town so it may take a little more time to pull in and out of the driveway. Armstrong Park & Castaway Bay pool is 1.4 miles from the house.
