Grandma’s House has been remodeled and has 4 bedrooms, 2 – ½ baths, wonderful for family gatherings and sleepovers. Main floor boasts a Large living room with sleeper sofa, large eat in kitchen, off of kitchen is a sunroom with dining table which leads to covered back porch which overlooks the lake and Master room with on suite which has tub and separate shower, and ½ bath.
Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath. 1 bedroom has Queen size bed with a twin, 1 bedroom full size bed with a twin and 1 bedroom has 2 twins.
Grandma’s is centrally located to many attractions such as 6 Flags, Meramec Caverns, Shaw Nature Reserve, Purina Farms, many floating rivers, wineries, and just 40 minutes from St. Louis.
Grandma's living area is in the basement, with her two cats. (No one will be there while the house is being rented, however, she may show up to get something once in a while)
