Close to EVERYTHING! Perfect location in the heart of Pickwick Lake. Right by Aqua Marina and Aqua Grill and at least 4 more restaurants Freddy Ts, The Pier, Pickwick Pizza just to name a few and a grocery store within 4 miles of the house. Public boat landing less than a mile from the house as well as pontoon boat rentals at Aqua just up the street. Plenty of room for boat parking and several vehicles. Two large decks opening up from the main floor living room and downstairs living room with views of the lake. Very peaceful setting with plenty of room for multiple families each family could have their own floor in this 3 story house made for entertaining and full bathrooms on each level. Grill outside by the firepit and enjoy the huge trees and awesome view after being on the lake all day.
