Plenty to do and see from our 2 Bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom condo with an ocean view. Great area! Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and bars but still peaceful and quiet to recharge and return home rested and refreshed. Just a short 300 ft walk to the only life guarded beach in the area (during the season).
Fully furnished with King sleigh bed in the master. Queen four poster bed in the 2nd bedroom. Both bedrooms have attached full bathrooms. Master bath has a 6ft Soaker tub with blue tooth music capabilities! Rain head and hand held shower options! Half bath is located on the first floor along with the kitchen and living area. Second floor laundry and screened in patio complete the property.
Located in central Brevard County with everything you can imagine to do in a water community! Rent a boat, paddleboards, bicycle, go fishing in the river or the surf. Go out on a charter boat, visit the treasure museums, state parks or just relax laying on the beach soaking up our glorious sun!

Summary: Our second stay at Christine and Lance’s condo. The upgrades to the master bathroom are awesome. Loved the soaker tub. Christine is an amazing host and quick to respond when needed or if you have any questions. We cooked Thanksgiving at the condo and had our friends over. Had all the kitchen essentials and our friends loved it. Condo is within walking distance to some great local restaurants, the beach and Starbucks. This is truly a home away from home for us. We will stay here again in the spring.
