If you are looking for a home from home, look no further! This spacious 4 bed, 3 bath property accommodates up to 8 people. Decorated with stylish amenities, a private garden, garage and driveway parking.
2.5 miles from the city centre, with Park and Ride bus routes aplenty. Ideally located close to the A64 ring road which gives you freedom to escape to the countryside or coast.
We support responsible travel within the current restrictions and therefore my property is available for booking where the purpose of your stay falls within the current guidelines set out by the local Government.
The property is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. We offer remote access with easy self check-in and 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay.
This modern town house is spread over 3 floors, with 2 x double en-suites bedrooms, a third double bedroom and fourth bedroom with two single bunk beds. There is a house bathroom on first floor and toilet facilities on the ground floor.
Ground Floor
The kitchen, downstairs toilet, garage and living room can all be access from the entrance hall. Turn right to enter the large and fully equipped kitchen which leads through to the open plan dining living area. The dining area follows through to the living space which creates an airy, open plan L- shaped.
The dining table can accommodate 8 people. The comfy spacious living has a large corner sofa which can sit up to people, an armchair and stool pouffe. Our large Smart TV has a Sky package, including Sky Sports. Both of these rooms were recently refurbished at the beginning of 2021.
The bright fully equipped kitchen includes appliance such as kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washer dryer and dishwasher.
First Floor
- Double bedroom with two bedside tables, chair and built in wardrobe (two doubles and one single wardrobe).
- Bunk beds (both single beds), night table, chair and chest of drawers.
- House bathroom includes a bath, sink and toilet.
- Double bedroom with night table, built in wardrobes (three double wardrobes and one single wardrobe), desk and chair. Ensuite shower room includes large double shower, sink and toilet.
Second Floor
The attic master bedroom has plenty of storage! There is a walk in dressing room and ensuite shower room. Double bed with double wardrobe, desk and chair, window seat and storage. The walk in dressing room has further storage which then leads to the ensuite shower room. The shower room has a single shower, sink and toilet.
Exterior
Parking for two cars is available on the driveway and in the garage. For additional cars there is free on street parking. (Please note, the garage will only fit a small car.)
The garden can be reached from the living and dining area.
Guests will have access to the entire house.

NEIGHBOURHOOD RESPECT
My house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm, inside and outside the house so we can continue to respect our neighbours. Strictly no parties/hen/stag dos.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
