Kick back and relax in this stylish, spacious and family friendly home. Conveniently located off I-87, this home is right in the center of tons of activities. Your 15 minutes from downtown Saratoga Springs and the Race Track, 10 minutes from Moreau State Park, and just 20 minutes to West mountain Ski Resort or Lake George's Great Escape Six Flags Park.
The space
New Construction Home with Custom Kitchen. The basement is currently unfinished. JBL sound bar with detachable speakers and a PlayStation 4 are in the family room for use (Small DVD collection and some games available). Blackout Cellular Shades are on almost all of the windows. There is a pullout twin mattress under the Full over Full bunk.
Guest access
You will have access to all of the house except the master walk in closet. The garage is available for use of one space if needed (Motorcycle will be using the other side). There are a small selection of weights and exercise equipment for those who like to workout at home.
Other things to note
Dogs are allowed with an extra fee and have a fully fenced backyard (dog bowls can be provided). Please respect neighbors and quiet times, no parties or extremely loud music. This is my primary home, please treat my things as if they were your own.
