The expansive lawn on a level lot invites playful games and leisurely sunbathing when you’re not taking advantage of the sandy bottom swimming area. The oversized L-shaped dock accommodates boats up to 25 feet and features a sun deck outfitted with chairs and an umbrella. Escape the sun in the screened porch that leads to the outdoor deck equipped with a gas grill. Enjoy evening relaxation in the screened gazebo, sure to be a favorite spot for watching TV and winding down at the end of the day. Gather around the solo stove for marshmallow toasting and telling tall tales about the one that got away.
Indoors, an inviting living room with a gas fireplace sets the stage for comfort. The dining area seats eight, and the living room also connects seamlessly to the lounging area, breakfast nook, and breakfast bar in the well-equipped kitchen.
