This anitique house is the in the middle of Southport village, and is a very short walk from Southport Harbor and yacht yard, the train to NYC and the small village with a coffee bar, gourmet food market, and cute shops The house is in perfect condition. It has 5 bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, and 2 twin beds. There's plenty of communal space for you and your guests to relax and unwind. The 5 bathrooms are equipped with amenities such as a bathtub, large showers, and hair dryers. Additionally, there's an office space for any work needs. This area of Fairfield County is about the village life of a small town gem, 1 hour from Manhattan. It also has a spacious family room that is open to a gourmet kitchen with lots of light. The fifth bedroom is a basement in-law suite where a teenager might have some privacy, and it includes a small second kitchen.
