While there’s no direct lake access, you’re just a short 10-15 minute drive from three different boat launches, making it easy to get out on the water. It is not a short walk to the lake FYI.
With a large driveway and plenty of parking, there’s ample space for trailers, boats, and multiple vehicles. The expansive yard is perfect for lawn games like cornhole, and the fully paved path from the front of the home to the backyard ensures easy accessibility. The host resides on the second floor but will maintain minimal to no contact to ensure your privacy throughout your stay. Host will need to exit the second floor through the secondary front door.
Due to the size of the property and the live outdoor plants and lawn with a sprinkler system, the host may be onsite for occasional maintenance. However, your comfort and privacy are a top priority. Arrangements will be made prior to arrival to arrange best time for outdoor home maintenance.

Enjoy a pet-free downstairs space, with the exception of the host’s friendly goldendoodle, who enjoys the first floor when there are no guests. While the host does have cats in their private upstairs residence, they never enter the guest area and never come downstairs.
