The home features a split plan layout.
The master suite has a king size bed, a walk in closet, a 40' TV and French doors that open onto the lanai and pool area. The en-suite bathroom features a walk in shower, a jacuzzi tub, his and her vanities and a linen closet.
The second master has a queen size bed, a walk in closet, a 40' TV and a door that opens onto the lanai and pool area. The en-suite has a walk in shower, vanity and linen closet.
Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and bedroom 4 has two twin beds. All bedrooms have Seally Posturepedic mattresses.
The third bathroom has a shower/tub combination, vanity and linen closet. All bathrooms have a hair dryer and towels.
The living room is furnished with 2 sofas, a coffee table, a DVD player and a 48' smart TV with cable TV. The computer station has a computer and printer with access to the internet. WiFi is also available.
The kitchen features a large island, granite counters and stainless steel appliances including a fridge with an ice maker and water dispenser, a stove, a dishwasher and a microwave. It is equipped with place settings for 12, pots and pans, cookie sheets and pizza pan, coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle, Magic bullet and much more. There is also a pass through to the lanai, making serving meals outdoors a breeze.
The dining area has a beautiful table with 6 chairs. The stored leaf enables it to be expanded to accommodate 8-10 people.

The south-facing extended pool deck area has a large pool that is heated using a highly efficient heat pump. A baby barrier for the pool is available.

The house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each stay. It stays empty for a minimum of 72 hours between guests.
