Positive: It's a very quiet area, but there are many stores and shopping centers nearby, so we could always go for quick grocery runs. The primary attraction (for us at least), the pocono mountains, had very good weather for our stay (end of June). The host was very helpful and always responded super quickly if we had any questions regarding the location. Upon arrival, the door keypad was not operating properly, but we managed to sort it out with the host in a timely manner. The home had a pool table, poker table, two TVs laundry, two bathrooms, and three bedrooms, which could hypothetically house 8 (maybe 12?) people. The house was generally very clean, however we did discover some food scraps around the house, but it didn't affect the quality of the stay.
Negative: The house had some small food scraps around (breadsticks under the couch downstars, beef jerky scraps under a bed cover, and a piece of gum underneath a bunk bed's mattress). The driveway is also a bit difficult to park in because it's narrow, and it can be scary to back out of for newer drivers.
