Spacious & bright, completely furnished & well-equipped apartment with 3 bedrooms and with a lovely garden balcony overlooking the Seine River on Ile Saint Denis which is less than 15 minutes away from the very centre of Paris by local transport.
Our fully equipped and furnished apartment is located on the first floor of a recently constructed and extremely well maintained & secured building. The atypical green yard on the first floor is something quite rare to go through while accessing our home. Inside, you will find a large living room with comfortable sofas, a very large flat screen TV and a dining table for 8 people that can be converted into very nice pool table for some fun time with family & friend. The kitchen fully equipped with its bar and highchairs opens on the living area. The apartment offers two bedrooms with closets out of which two have a flat screen TV on the wall. The high-speed internet connection and cable TV will keep you connected with the world. There is equally a washer in the shower room. Cherry on the cake would be the lovely large garden terrace where you can enjoy the view of the Seine River and at night, the mesmerising light across the bridge will undoubtedly charmed you.
Less than 15 minutes travel from Chatelet by district line RER D, you will be in Saint Denis, a historical city where you can visit its famous Basilica, a large former medieval abbey church and present cathedral in the city and also a place of pilgrimage and a necropolis containing the tombs of the French Kings, including nearly every king from the 10th century through Louis XVIII in the 19th century.
Our apartment is located on what is known as Ile Saint Denis, in a newly constructed residential area, less than a minute walking distance away from the exit of Saint Denis station (RER D). You can also access by metro and the station “Basilique de Saint Denis ” on METRO LINE 13 is less than 15 minutes walking distance away. You will enjoy the area for its immediate proximities with lots of commodities and above all you will enjoy wandering along bank of the Seine River. The city centre, a real cosmopolitan area will allow you to discover some exotic foods and restaurant
