With an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings throughout, as you step into this lovely mountain getaway, be prepared to be blown away by the modern style and mountain views as you gaze for days and take in the fresh mountain air and let your stress be swept away. Granite countertops, hi-top bar with seating for 3, stainless steel appliances, and farmhouse sink in the kitchen, seating for 10 as you relax and enjoy the view and sunrise for breakfast or sunset for supper.
Gather with your friends and family around the gas log fireplace in the living room and catch up while toasting your favorite wine. There are 3 King Suites, one on each level and all with double vanities and exquisitely designed walk-in showers. A twin with a trundle bed located in the upstairs master suite is perfect for toddlers or young children to feel right at home with their parents. A queen bedroom is also located on the upper level which is a bonus for a multi-family getaway.
Another King Master suite is found on the main level and supports easy access and living quarters for Grandparents or guests that have difficulty climbing steps or even a couple looking to have their own retreat from others.
The main level outdoor deck is equipped for outdoor fun and relaxation. A gas grill for cooking out, a gas log fireplace for snuggling on those cool fall and winter evenings, views of the southern skies, and comfortable patio furniture to chill on and catch up on the days' activities.

You can retreat to another Master King Suite with a walk-in shower and even another double queen room for the teens or college kids who are ready for a break from school and a retreat to the mountains. The basement deck has plenty of outdoor seating including an 8 seater hot tub overlooking the gorgeous views as you soak in the crisp, fresh mountain air.

Summary: We met family from 2 other states at the house. A total of 13 people. An infant, toddler, 11, 15, 16, 21 and 7 adults. We each had our own space to sleep and plenty of bathrooms. We enjoyed the deck and fireplace along with the game room and hot tub. The only issue we encountered was the trash container center outside only had 2 containers to put our trash in. Then we had problems with cats getting into the trash and dragging it around the yard. We did let Southern Comfort know and they sent someone out. My other concern with the garbage was that in the check-out process Southern Comfort expects the guest to dispose of any garbage that does not fit into the 2 containers. This house can sleep more than 13 people, you are going to accumulate quite a bit of garbage in one week more than 2 containers worth.
