The exterior of this magnificent villa invites you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate, enjoying the spectacular views of the west coast of the island. The private, designer swimming pool is chlorinated and has a size of 10m x 4.5m and a constant depth of 1.7m. You can relax on the sun loungers on the large terrace and the two verandas, as well as have a drink with your companions or relax and watch the sunset. Please note that there are neighbours nearby, so privacy is partial.
Distributed over three floors and with a private lift, the modern interior of the property is designed to offer you the relaxation you deserve. On the main floor, a living room with refined finishes features a comfortable sofa and Smart TV. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and also has a dining area and induction hob. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The number of bedrooms in the villa is four, all with AC. On the same floor there are three of them; two with two single beds each and the third with a double bed and spectacular sea views. There is also a separate bathroom with bathtub. On the lower floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a large window with sea views and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair. On the second floor, you will find another lounge-dining room where you can relax, eat or simply have a drink, which also leads to an indoor heated swimming pool with sea views, a spa area and a hammam. Also on this floor there is a fitness area and a toilet.
The property is located in El Toro, a pretty picturesque village in the town of Calvià. It has a beautiful white sandy beach with turquoise water and you can also explore the nearest coves such as Cala Portals Vells and Cala Falcó. There is also a lighthouse, which offers spectacular panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. Nearby is the marina of Port Adriano, known for its impressive architectural design and stylish boutiques.
