Beautiful finca located on the outskirts of Palma; just 15 kilometers from the center of the port of Palma. This fantastic villa consists of a first floor and an upper floor. It has the common areas of the living room, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor, and eight bedrooms. The three bathrooms are completely renovated.
Outside there is a huge swimming pool with spectacular views of the Tramuntana mountains. Around the house you will find the manicured gardens and ample space to play, stroll and sunbathe. The huge plot of land allows for a private walk of more than 2 kilometers. Also, outside you will find a barbecue, completing everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable vacation.
This farm is designed to enjoy a quiet and rural environment, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and with the maximum comfort to relax with family or friends.
