Summary: I had a good stay overall. The welcome was warm and very professional, and the host was both personable and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, and the heated pool was a lovely bonus. I also really appreciated the coffee and fresh pastries in the morning – a great touch! Unfortunately, the experience was affected by other guests being extremely noisy and disrespectful during the night. There was loud TV playing all night, people running in the hallways, slamming doors, and making it hard to rest. Of course, this isn’t the host’s fault, but it did impact the overall comfort of the stay.
