Positive: The bed was very comfortable, and there was a fridge in the room, a shared kitchen with a microwave, and more helpful equipment. There was a cute balcony. The location is nice because it's very close to the materedei metro station, and the neighborhood was very quiet and authentic. We missed one night because of personal reasons, and the staff was thoughtful and let us pay one less night of the tourist tax. Check-in was very easy and clear because the staff sent us detailed videos of it. It didn't take a lot of time.

Negative: Room service didn't come even once, so the toilet paper was almost done, and the trash cans were full. The staff doesn't speak any English, they can only speak by WhatsApp because they need to translate every message. We had a problem with the sink, so they sent us a guy to fix it, but he left the door to the room open, and every guest of the hotel could enter and take our stuff. Also, that was a very scary situation because we thought someone was inside our room! We immediately called the staff but they hung up because they couldn't understand our English, and it was very annoying to explain the situation by messages. They did apologize but didn't compensate us for this unfortunate situation. Check out must be done at 10:30, which I think is pretty early. The key to the main gate didn't always work, so we had to wait a few times until someone entered and opened it for us. You can't turn off the air conditioning light, so if you have problems falling asleep with light, it might disturb you a little.
