House downtown of 180 m2 fully restored in 2019 on 3 levels. On the ground floor, large living room SAM with wood stove, very complete kitchen and a toilet, a shower, a sink and a storeroom. It includes 4 bicycles, pétanque balls and tennis rackets.
In the first two large air-conditioned rooms with bed 160 including one with a cot, a bathroom with bath, shower and 2 sinks. Separate WC. Terrace of 18 m2 with view on the tennis and the municipal swimming pool.
In the second a large suite with balcony, bed of 140 and a bathroom. Access to the mezzanine with two beds of 100.

Summary: The location is wonderful. Just walk out your door for restaurants, shopping, pastries, etc. The kitchen had SIEMEN appliances which were wonderful. Stairs can be challenging, if you are not in shape; however, we appreciated the exercises to keep us going. Florence, the contact, is a wonderful person. Very helpful and friendly. We used the house as our base to drive to a lot of France's beautiful villages, because of the central location in Cajarc. Don't forget to eat the Fish and Chips at Chez Moulin. Patrick, the owner, was always available for contact. Nothing but good things to say about the owner, the contact person, the house, the location, and the town of Cajarc. Wonderful "hidden" gem of a village.
