This property is truly stunning and unique. Feel at home in total privacy and seclusion at our large over 1 Acre 9-bed Bleu Tropical Mansion in the heart of West Palm Beach. It's unlike any other house available in the West Palm Beach area on Air BNB. A place that allows you to choose how you want to enjoy your getaway. Whether you simply want a large space for your family or you want a place for your large group of guests to share a great time together, this house has it all. The "Key West" style of the home was inspired by and based on a Japanese farmhouse. The grand entrance with two separate staircases leading up to the entrance is truly unique.

Our home has 3000 square feet under air and an incredible outdoor area that features a resort style swimming pool with a slide, an amazing outside seating area that is under cover but perfect for hosting a family function. We also have a gas grill, and two separate outdoor dining spaces. This is a place to remember, a place where you can create your own experiences because it has so much to offer. On the inside of the house, you have access to 5 bedrooms (including loft and private living room) with gorgeous views, 4.5 bathrooms, Full Kitchen, a large living room and an amazing dining space. It can be a perfect home for anything and everything you are looking for. It's an oasis that's close to everything you can ever want. Its all about options. You will have just as much fun enjoying the grounds surrounded by the sounds and sites of many of Florida's natural wildlife as driving to downtown Clematis street and Cityplace to take in dinner and a Comedy Show.
This property features 4 real bedrooms, plus a loft that is setup as a bedroom and a second private living room that can be made up as a bedroom. With the two extra spaces, it brings the total count to 6 bedrooms.
The downstairs also has the option of being completely private - great for multiple families traveling together. Downstairs is a 1 bedroom, living area, and kitchenette, and dining area.
The home has an upper floor which is the main house, and the large master bedroom features a luxurious king sized bed with pristine linens and en- suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Sit on one of the three porches on the top floor and look out over the pool on one balcony, or enjoy dinner on the patio.
The second bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, sleeping 2, as well as a futon to sleep 1. The third bedroom also has a queen bed and a futon. The loft features a queen bed and a futon.
The home is very child friendly and wonderful for families! Included in the home is a pack and play which can be moved between rooms. We also have safety railings for the stairs.
A fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor grill offer everything needed for an after-beach gathering or cook-out at sunset. The kitchen also comes fully stocked with all the essentials needed for cooking, and the gorgeous dining area is perfect for entertaining with style.
Spacious living areas provide unfettered comforts, room, and privacy for a group or family of up to 15.

PETS:
Only 2 dogs/ pets allowed max on the property. We require a nonrefundable pet fee of $200 to be assessed. Guests are required to clean up after dogs using waste disposal bags provided.
Please notify us that you are bringing the animals prior to arrival.
PETS ONLY ALLOWED ON FIRST FLOOR OF PROPERTY.
*We have security cameras that are operational on the property in the outside areas.
Please note that if cameras are tampered with or for whatever reason are not operating, we reserve the right to come to the property to correct the issue*
We love our Mother Earth! Please be conscious to turn off lights when departing the home or not in use as well as usage of water and towels :)
Safety is very important, we take great care with our protocol:
-Home is deep cleaned + sanitized with high-grade products in between guests.
-Cleaners provided with gloves, N95 masks, disinfectants, alcohol, and sanitizer.
- We will be providing face masks enough for the stated number of guests in the reservation.
-We will be leaving 2 face shields.
- Face masks are required in Palm Beach County in public spaces where social distancing is not possible.
We have systems in place for our cleaners that involve the following:
1. To make sure they are wearing new gloves before opening the front door.
2. They wipe down all surfaces and doorknobs with disinfectants.
3. They use new gloves when putting on clean linens.
4. We provide enough paper towel and disinfectant cleaner that guests can also use while staying in the homes.
5. We make sure guests have handsoaps in every bathroom.
6. Bathrooms are cleaned thoroughly with bleach and anti bacterial products.
7. Indoor trashcans are wipes down with disinfectant wipes/ sprays.
-Music should not be heard past the front gate and all music outside should end at 8PM. Please be respectful of our neighbors!
Guests are not to touch pool equipment! Guests will be charged a for tampering with equipment. ***

Please note there are Security Cameras on the outside of the property for the safety of the property and our guests. Upon booking this home guest acknowledges there are security cameras in the property.
>We have a minimum age requirement of 21y/o to be able to book the property.
>The house can host a maximum of 15 guests ONLY. Exceeding the said guest count may lead to being kicked out of the house.
Pool heater:
Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you would like to use the pool heater. The charge is $65 per day for 8 hours of use. This will be applied on top of your booking payment.
Pet Fee:
Before bringing a pet on property we need to first approve it. Please let us know in advance about your animal. We charge a non refundable pet fee of $100-250 depending on breed and size per animal.
>Maximum of 7 cars only, unless authorized.
Note: No Water Balloons Allowed on the property as this is a hazard and causes trash on the grounds. Failure to comply will result in additional cleaning fees of $200.
**We are very strict and DO NOT allow parties of any kind at the home or on the property. We do not allow more people at the property than are listed on your reservation. This is a family neighborhood and we expect all guests to be respectful of the home and neighbors.
The neighbors are highly sensitive to noise so we also do not allow loud speakers at the property. Failure to comply with these rules will result in eviction from the home and a $500 fine. You may only have the amount of people on the property are listed on your reservation. If you plan to have more people at the home or property than those listed on your reservation, you need to contact us in advance to get approval. Failure to do so may result in eviction.

STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY: We have a strict no refund/no reschedule policy according to the cancellation policy set. No exceptions for any reason whatsoever without the purchase of travel insurance.
