Positive: The location of this apartment is PERFECT if you're visiting Dallas Tx and want to close to Dallas Love Field airport! We were 8 minutes with traffic from airport. Love the apartment layout, setup, decor and ESPECIALLY the rooftop deck 10/10. BED mattress AHHHMAAZING, we just sank and off to sleep! We caught the sunsets each night! The apartment came with EVERYTHING to cook with and premium quality. Love the Kuerig with K cups, sugar and cream PROVIDED! LOVED the covered parking spot. Enjoyed the pool room, pool and gym access! And I appeciated the quietness, and helpfulness of a few tenants who helped us with our luggage! And the SECURITY of this complex is top tier EVERYTHING LOCKED DOWN! Lastly Enjoyed the keyless access for everything!

Negative: THE STAIRS 4 large luggage we had to carry up 3 flights of stairs and GROCERIES for 3 days! Luckily a kind tenant offered to help us. Some of the bathroom hardware broken or in need of repairs. Towels and washcloths still damp when showering. Soap dispensers out of soap
