Home is about 5 years old and located on a canal in a family oriented development that leads to the Little Assawoman Bay. Bring your boat/jet ski/canoe/kayak; boat ramp is available for your use. You can tie them up right outside our home on the new bulkhead. You will have fun kayaking in the canal and out to the bay. Enjoy the peace and quiet of relaxing on the canal, but close enough to Ocean City, Maryland, the boardwalk and the beach.
First floor has a full bathroom, bedroom with queen bed, master bedroom suite with king size bed, laundry room, eat-in kitchen and living room. Enjoy sitting on the large covered deck off the kitchen and living room that overlooks the canal. Second floor offers 3 bedrooms; one has a queen size bed with a twin and crib, one has a queen size bed with a twin, and one just has a queen bed; also, a full bathroom and a large gathering room. There is also a deck off the gathering room on the second floor. Ping pong table and bumper pool table on the 2nd floor. Off-street parking available.
Located just a few miles from the beach and Ocean City, Maryland.. Bring your bikes, you can ride to the grocery store or get ice cream.
