Wonderful villa with private pool located in Es Llombards, where 10 people find a second home. The property has four buildings that make up a spectacular house.
This dream villa features a large swimming pool of 17m x 12m and 1.20m to 1.60m deep, including a children's pool of 0.50m deep, and the unrivalled outdoor areas. The pool is surrounded by wooden decking and ten sun loungers where you can enjoy the sun. But that's not all, the best thing: a great chill-out area with a large sofa, ideal for a cool drink outdoors. There is also a nice porch with barbecue, designed to make your nights on the island an unforgettable memory.
The finca has four buildings that form a large house with a rustic, yet modern and cosy decoration. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and there are up to 5 radiators in total. A cot and high chair are available if you are travelling with a baby. There is also a laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
In the first building there are two floors where 4 of the 5 bedrooms are located. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and on the first floor, one bedroom with a double bed and the others with two single beds. One of them has access to the terrace and an en suite bathroom. There are also two bathrooms with shower on both floors. In the second building is the kitchen, modern and recently refurbished with hob and all the necessary appliances together with the dining table and chairs to be able to eat all together. In the third building there is a living room with two sofas and satellite TV. Finally, in the fourth and last building, there is the bedroom with two single beds, access to the terrace and en suite bathroom with shower.
In short, this villa is the perfect place to enjoy a holiday with family or friends but with total privacy and independence.
Es Llombards is a small village in the municipality of Santanyí, where you can find the necessary services for a pleasant stay such as bars, restaurants, etc. It is located about 4 km from Cala Llombards and Cala s'Almonia, and 3 km from Santanyí and Ses Salines. Near the house, there are several routes for cycling or walking. We recommend an excursion by bicycle to Cap de Ses Salines. Also, although it is necessary to walk for a while, do not forget to visit the incomparable cove of Caló des Moro.
