The stunning 1.6 acre lot overlooking Lake Norman features a saltwater pool (closed Dec-March), expansive terrace and patio space, beautiful landscaping, and private dock access.
The space
The main level is open and bright with beautiful views of the lake from nearly every room.
The living room offers two leather couches with a gas fireplace and access to the outdoor terrace. It's the perfect place to sip your morning coffee or unwind after a day on the lake.
