This unit is furnished with the guest in mind. This two floor unit provides privacy to guests, with bedrooms on separate levels. Take your pick for enjoying your morning coffee on either the private balcony or courtyard. With all of the amenities you could need, you will surely enjoy your stay.
This unit consists of two bedrooms and one bathroom. The bedrooms have Signature Sleep 12” memory foam mattresses and an oversized comforter. Each bed is topped with 2 soft and 2 form Calvin Klein pillows to help ensure every guest has a great night’s rest.
The living room is furnished with soft leather couches and a swivel tub chair. For entertainment, there is a 55” 4K TV with a surround sound home theater system. Feel free to turn on the electric fireplace, to add to the cozy atmosphere.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils you may need. There are complimentary k-cups provided for your stay. You can also opt for outdoor seating on the private second floor balcony, or in the private courtyard out back.
This historic neighborhood is very quiet and full of residents who take pride in where they live. The neighborhood is located along the waterfront, with walking paths and benches to take in the view. You are a short walk to heart of downtown Harrisburg.
There is free street parking outside of the home and on neighboring streets. Be sure to pay attention to street cleaning signs that note what days and times to park on an opposing block.
HOUSE RULES:
- Please wash any used dishes and replace them in the cabinets. If dishes are not washed, an extra cleaning fee of $40 may be applied.
- All trash is to be bagged and tied at the end of your stay.
- Used towels and washcloths are to be placed in the hamper.
- Noise should be kept to a minimum after 9pm.
- Please do not rearrange any of our furniture.
- Candles are not to be burned, they are for decor purposes only.
- There shall not be smoking of any kind inside the home. Extra cleaning fees of $300 to remove odor and stains may be applied.
- Towels and washcloths are not to be used with any makeup, face washes, self-tanner, hair dye, or any other staining products.
- Do not flush any trash, paper towels, flushable wipes, baby wipes, feminine products, condoms, diapers, tissues, cigarette butts, pills, cotton balls, q-tips, or anything that is not toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not rinse any food or grease down the kitchen sink drain.
- PLEASE NOTE: Children friendly DOES NOT MEAN the area is CHILD-PROOF. It is the responsibility of the guardian/parent to monitor their children's actions AT ALL TIMES.
- Please acknowledge that from occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
- If guests are found to have had a party which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of $300 and an extra $25 per guest after 4 people.
- Lastly, because this is an VRBO community not a hotel, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Please respect our property and our things)
