Summary: Room was excellent.. very clean and great view of the harbour - the entrance - lift and first floor area carpet needs cleaning / replacing as pretty dirty and walls could do with a paint … the staff are fabulous , food excellent and ambience is brilliant ! Breakfast delicious too!
