Newly and beautifully updated in 2024, #202 is the ideal place to relax and spend time while you're not on the beach, shelling or enjoying island activities. Relax on the lanai with a book, a cup of coffee or a cocktail, and enjoy the colors of sunrises and sunsets that Sanibel is known for.
Sandpiper Beach 202 has been 100% renovated and updated post Hurricane Ian. It is located on the first living level, with covered parking underneath it. It offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, beautifully appointed interior spaces, 3 Smart TVs, washer/dryer and a screened lanai that overlooks the grand lawn to the pool and gulf beyond. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided.

Sandpiper Beach 202 features a pale blue-gray coastal driftwood solid-surface flooring throughout, while the living and dining area features a Mid-Century Modern decor with a twist.
The living room seats 6 comfortably, with a comfortable sofa and 3 modern side chairs that are ideal for gathering friends or family to enjoy a program, start a puzzle, or simply enjoy each others' company.
The glass dining table seats 6 comfortably, and there is additional seating for 4 at the quartz kitchen bar, which provides ample space for working remotely, enjoying meals, as well as doing puzzles and playing games.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with easy care quartz countertops, as well as a suite of stainless steel appliances, including a range/oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher.
The Primary bedroom features a King bed, Smart TV, lamps with built-in USB charging ports for your phones or tablets, and a sliding door that leads to the screened lanai. In addition, there is an expanded en-suite bath with double vanity and shower. The bathroom has a spa-like feel with cool hues, subway tile and Carerra marble vanity top.
The guest bedroom has two Twin beds, a Smart TV and a full-size closet. It is across the hall from the newly renovated bath with its subway-tiled shower and single vanity. A closet area with a full-size high-efficiency washer and dryer is located just outside of the guest bathroom.
A quick trip downstairs leads you to the swimming pool with its chaise lounges, the grilling area, shell washing station and the boardwalk to the beach. It is a mere 110 yards stroll to the sugar sand shelling beaches.
