Inside, you will find a well-appointed living space complete with modern amenities. The comfortable seating arrangement offers a cozy spot for relaxation while watching your favorite shows on the TV.
Guest Access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.

Ferradura Beach is a great location since it is somewhat close to the city downtown and also to its entrance, saving you some precious time in traffic jams during high season.
Getting Around:

The house offers two staff, maid and housekeeper, following the house procedures and shifts. Electricity and water are charged as an extra.
