Summary: I have been to dozens of hotels and resorts while visiting the Dominican Republic. I have to say the Receptionist by the last name of Guerrero was rude and very unprofessional. Offered me an upgrade to which i declined. To begin with his attitude was terrible, and from that moment it became worse. The FIRST time at an all inclusive in which NOTHING is explained. Did not even mention restaurants or thier locations, hours for dinner, pool, etc... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I have been to Breathless, Excellence, Secrets, Royalton, Dreams, Ocean Blue, Riu Palace, Iberostar Bavaro, Melia, Barcelo, just to name a few. And this was the worst experience i have ever had with a receptionist.
