Positive: The welcome at the reception upon arrival was good, the room was pleasantly furnished with natural materials, and the staff at the reception were friendly. The wellness area was also great.

Negative: The waitress at breakfast was very unfriendly and uninterested. There was no service; she didn't tell me that it was possible to order freshly prepared eggs or an omelette, she didn't greet me upon arrival, and she didn't escort me to a table, even though she saw that I was unsure where to sit since I didn't know where I could take a seat...
