Solitude on Sinclair is a newly constructed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom lake house with granite countertops, a marble shower in the master suite, a fully stocked kitchen, and beautiful views! The new dock has around 5 feet of water depth and stairs that go down to a sandy bottom. With provided floats and an optional kayak, we have your weekend made at the lake. Don’t forget your boat! We offer the perfect place for it in our boat slip with plenty of room for trailer parking in the driveway. One of our favorite perks is access to the private community boat ramp located less than two minutes away!
Inside the house is a huge open concept great room with plenty of natural lighting and comfortable seating to use while you watch movies on our new Smart TV! Board games and books are provided as well for some extra "unplugged" entertainment. Paired with the kitchen that is stocked with all the cooking gadgets you'll need are brand-new stainless steel appliances so you can cook dinner exactly to your liking! All the bedrooms offer a Queen size memory foam bed with a Smart TV so you can be sure to catch up on some of your favorite shows after a long day on the water.
Our beautiful, substantial backyard has over 250 feet of water frontage, offering some of the best fishing on the lake with bass, brim, catfish, and crappie just a cast away. The record catfish caught off of our dock is over 30 pounds, so bring your biggest net and see if you can beat our current record!
If you're needing a break from the water, we also include access to the community common grounds, conveniently located less than 100 yards away near the boat ramp! There are multiple options to choose from including a volleyball court, basketball court, and pickle ball court for those of us with a competitive streak, as well as a playground for any little ones in the group.
With so many options to choose from, your family will never run out of fun things to do. Whether throwing the football down by the water or sitting by the fire roasting some s’mores, we've got you covered. So come kick back, relax, and enjoy the lake!
