Escape to our one-of-a-kind family-friendly private estate nestled on over 20 acres of breathtaking forest and trails. Relax in our charming home with a view or soak your worries away in our wood-fired hot tub. Additionally, enjoy paddle boarding on the stunning Lake Simcoe and Lake Couchiching just a short distance away from the property.
The home sits on our vast acreage secluded in the forest, where you can escape the hustle and bustle of the city and immerse yourself in nature. As you enter the property, you'll notice the serene surroundings of towering trees, lush foliage, and the gentle sound of wildlife in the distance.
As you step inside the home, you'll be greeted by an open-concept living area that seamlessly blends rustic charm with modern amenities. The living room features a plush sofa, a few cozy armchairs, and a fireplace to keep you warm on chilly nights. The fully-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, an induction range, and plenty of counter space, making it easy to prepare your favorite meals.
The 5 bedrooms accommodates up to 14 guests. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and features two comfortable double-size beds, a large closet, and an ensuite bathroom. Two other bedrooms are located also on the main floor, each with queen-size beds, shared washroom and stunning views of the surrounding forests. Downstairs are two additional rooms with queen-size bed and two bunkbeds.
Outside the home, there are endless opportunities for outdoor adventure. You can hike through the surrounding forest, swim in the nearby Lake Simcoe and Lake Couchiching, enjoy the wood fired hot tub or simply relax on the lawn and soak up the sunshine. In the evening, gather around the fire pit and roast marshmallows while enjoying the starry night sky.
During your stay, the entire house, backyard, front field, and trails throughout the property will be exclusively yours to enjoy.
Our place offers all the amenities for a family or a group of friends to stay indoors. We have a pool table, board games, BBQ, fire pit, indoor fireplace, high speed Wifi & TV, laundry room, air conditioning, all linens, towels, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, condiments, select spices, toiletries and best of all a wood fired HOT TUB.
Driveway can fit up to 10 cars.
