Positive: The apartment is on the ground floor of a house, tastefully furnished and with all the comforts, very nice, in a great location, easy to get to, and with good privacy.
Negative: Two precautions to take: I believe the hot water is supplied by a solar system, so it's not available in the mornings, and on Monday evenings, there are no restaurants nearby; they're all closed.
