The Space:
This beautifully appointed two-story condominium offers stunning views of the North Bluff pool and the ocean. Enter the main level which features a convenient half-bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, stovetop, microwave, full-size refrigerator, and dishwasher. Enjoy casual meals at the high-top counter with bar seating gather around the dining room table or enjoy a meal on the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean beyond. The inviting living room boasts a comfortable sofa bed, a cozy lounger and chair, a large TV, and a gas fireplace. Step out onto the private balcony, overlooking the pool and the ocean where you can also enjoy the use of an electric BBQ for grilling. Upstairs, you'll find a convenient stacking washer and dryer and a full bathroom in the hallway. Both bedrooms offer comfortable beds and ample storage. The primary bedroom includes a TV, a full bath, and a second private balcony with even more spectacular views of the pool, ocean and horizon over the Monterey Bay. The balconies are a perfect place for coffee in the morning or your favorite beverage at night as you enjoy the most magical sunsets. With ample open parking just below and the elevator a few feet away coming and going is convenient. Guest Access:
PROPERTY ACCESS: The property has an electronic door lock that is accessible anytime during your stay. We will send out the check-in instructions the day before you arrive. You can expect to receive them via your booking platform's app messaging system.
FREE AMENITIES: Use of the North Bluff Pool and Spa; access with your guest code - we provide pool/beach towels in your unit. Use of beach and any open firepit (fires are allowed on the sand). Use of lobby round seating area at fireplace. Use of walking paths and overlook benches. Use of the gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site). Concierge services, front desk services, pool towel service, access to staff operated golf carts, $250 bonfire pit rentals and $75 smores packages are not available to private renters. You are welcome to build an open fire in the sand (Seascape beach is one of the only beaches in California that still allows open fires) supplies are available at the Village Market across the street or any local grocery store. The Neighborhood:
Located just south of Santa Cruz off Highway 1, Seascape Beach Resort gorgeous accommodations overlooking the Monterey Bay. On the resort you will find The Seascape Park, Numerous walking paths, The Sanderlings Restaurant and bar and a full gym (gym access with additional fee paid on-site). Across the street from the resort, you will find Seascape Village which offers restaurants, cafes and shops. The PGA rated Seascape Golf Course is only 5 minutes from the resort. In the Heart of Aptos just over three miles or 10-minute drive away you will discover what happens when the redwoods meet the sea. Getting Around:
Complimentary parking is available immediately outside the unit and throughout the resort property. All on-site amenities are accessible by walking paths or if preferred by car. To access the beach at Seascape there is a walking path next to the main lodge that leads down to the ocean where you will have beach access. NOTE: the walk out is the same way back UP to the resort. The Seascape Village is just across from the Resort and can be accessed by walking. The quaint town of Aptos is just over three miles away-about a 10 minutes' drive. Capitola Village is about 8 miles away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. 3-in-1 shower wash is provided. A cleaning kit is located under the kitchen sink for cleaning up spills or tidying up during your stay (please do not use premier towels or linens to wipe up spills).
On Site Amenities: Sanderlings Restaurant and bar. Use of the North Bluff Pool and Spa are accessible by using your guest code, pool/beach towels are provided to guests in the unit. Use of the full gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site). Concierge services, front desk services, towel service, access to the shuttle, golf carts, fitness facility, $250 bonfire rental and $75 smores packages are not available to private renters. Seascape Beach is one of the only beaches in California that still allows open firepits-on the sand. Supplies can be purchased in the Village across the street or at a grocery store.
