First floor apartment for 2 people with sea views and in residential complex in seafront line position opposite the well known beach of Las Ventanicas at the south end of Mojacar Playa.
This is a top floor apartment in a building with only 2 levels - ( small community with only 25 apartments sharing the swimming pool).
This property comprises an open plan lounge- diner - kitchen and a double bedroom with a full en suite family bathroom.
Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, ceramic hob & oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and all kitchenware and crockery.

Indabella II is a small quiet residential complex with secure gated entrance, well kept gardens and swimming pool.
Access is via the main entrance gate on Paseo del Mediterraneo up a flight of steps to reach the common areas where pool is and then another flight of steps to reach the front door of this property.
If you do not want to use the steps there is another gate at the back road for entry to the community.
On the other side of the road you have the Paseo ( the 2.5km promenade that goes from the farthest south end to the Red Cross roundabout.
Along this promenade you will find a good selection of bars, restaurants and beach bars.
Playa Las Ventanicas is a long stretch of fine sand beaches interspersed with beach bars all along offering parasol and sunbeds' for hire.
