Four large bedrooms – this home is spread out across two levels. Upstairs level consists of open plan lounge, living and kitchen, office and large expansive covered deck with the most amazing scenic ocean views.
Lower ground floor level has the entrance lounge room, master bedroom and ensuite, outdoor entertaining deck overlooking the expansive grass and pool area, front sun baking deck and a pavilion that runs along the garden with guests' bedrooms and bathrooms.
Extra Studio - ON Request Only - Fifth Bedroom:
Fifth Guest Room Includes – King bed, lounge, TV, dining area – all in one large studio space, plus kitchenette and ensuite.
This is separate from the main house at the front of the block.
