Positive: Great location, was quiet, great for what we needed just a place to sleep bed were clean, bathroom was clean.
Negative: The cleanliness wasn’t great was not super bad but dishes were dirty, we washed what we would use before hand in super hot water to kill germs. We loaded the dish washer with lots that we saw were dirty. With the pans after washing like 6 I gave up each one we pulled out was worse. I think that could be a guest thing like maybe people before just put back their dirty dishes and they didn’t bother to check so nothing against them. But heads up for sure we ended up just using paper and plastic due to not wanting to risk it. The sink at first want draining so we used garage disposal when turned on was stuck on and sounded like glass was in it so we just unplugged it as it wouldn’t turn off & used the other side. Also chairs and couch were sandy (I get sand is going to be there it’s by a beach. But beds looked clean we just brought our own bedding to put down and use, but I still pulled everything to check and it was good.
Summary: Great place next to the beach can use a little more up keep and cleaning but not horrible.
