This 1050 sq ft home features three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, a TV and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and a shared hall bath. The third bedroom has a pyramid bunk with a twin on top. A queen sleeper sofa is located in the living room to sleep two more guests.
Relax on the multiple covered or uncovered decks, perfect for enjoying the Gulf breeze or relax in the shade while the kids play on the lawn. Includes an outdoor shower downstairs to rinse off the sand before heading inside.
This cute and freshly updated property is just steps from the beach. The house sits on large corner lot with easy street access. Washer and dryer upstairs.

Location: less than a 1 minute walk to the beach; 7 mile drive to 61st Street; 10 mile drive to 25th & Strand; 6.2 miles to Moody Gardens/Schlitterbahn Waterpark.
