Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Great location near the beach. Plenty of room for our family.
Negative: Hot tub did not work, person came to service on day 3 and said they were having trouble and she’d need to contact her supervisor. Error code on tub and only lukewarm for entire stay. Frogs swimming in hot tub on arrival. Floors seem to have been recently redone as smell of stain/sealer was present. Dust was everywhere, garbage from previous occupants under sink, items from previous occupants left on a bed, furniture legs on cabinet, dishes and cabinet in kitchen dirty. Called management company and they sent a cleaner the next day. Had to be out of house for cleaner and they were still there 4 hours after we left. Doorknobs still caked in dust after cleaner left. No follow up from management company after cleaners were there.
Summary: Great location, cleanliness / facilities not what was expected
