This fully modernized and upgraded house features an open concept living area with great flow making entertaining and socializing easy. Find yourself just steps away from the hip and energetic vibes on Adams Ave in downtown Normal Heights! Enjoy your favorite coffee drink at Lestat’s—a local’s mainstay—lots of healthy food options, yoga and pilates, local gastropubs and hangouts, diverse restaurants, and more! Tap into the San Diego craft beer scene at The Blind Lady Ale House or sip on all kinds of wines from around the world at family-owned Village Vino. The neighborhood is also known for concerts in grassy Trolley Barn Park as well as outdoor movie screenings at Ward Canyon Park, which also has play areas and walking paths.
We pride ourselves in San Diego for our Mexican food, and some of the best in town is also within walking distance! You’re also just a few minutes away from downtown Hillcrest, North Park and Kensington, all of which are also equally as lively and offer all kinds of things to see, drink, eat and do! The nearby and walkable University Heights neighborhood also offers Asian, Mexican and Ethiopian eateries! The property is conveniently located in central/metro San Diego, making it a breeze to get to anywhere you want to go during your stay!
